Five Grains Rice Dumpling

Ingredients (Yield: 5 pieces):
50g brown rice
100g glutinous rice
50g broomcorn millet
50g red rice
100g purple rice
5 shiitake mushrooms (rinsed, stalk removed, soaked until tender)
50g dried shrimps (rinsed, soaked until tender)
10 bamboo leaves
Marinade:
2 tsp salt
25g olive oil
Tool:
Cotton string
Steps:

Mill red rice and brown rice with the Healthy Rice Bran Miller.

Rinse mixed grains and soak for 4 hours. Drain. Add salt and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
