Easter Egg Cake Pops

Ingredients(Yield: 10-12 cake pops):
250g crushed cake
30g dried apricot (chopped)
11/2 tsp apricot jam
3 tbsp whipping cream
130g white chocolate Buttercream
150g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g icing sugar
1 tbsp milk
1-2 drops food colouring each (yellow, pink, white)
Tool:
10-12 cakepop sticks
3-4 piping bags

Soften butter at room temperature.

Tips:
Choose cakes with less oil content as too much oil makes the decoration hard to stick to the surface.
