Bunny Japanese Wagashi

Ingredients(Yield: 12-15 wagashi):
150g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
150g condensed milk
1 egg yolk
10-20g compound chocolate chips
Fillings:
150-200g canned red bean paste
Steps:
1.
Mix flour and baking powder and sift. Set aside.

Mix condensed milk and egg yolk with the Electric Hand Mixer (with Stirrer). Add powders in batches and mix well into a dough. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Divide dough into equal portions with around 20g. Flatten with rolling pin on a floured surface. Stuff with 7-10g of red bean paste and seal the opening underneath.
4.
Roll into a raindrop shape. Cut the pointed end into halves. Push towards the round part. Shape into a rabbit.
5.
Preheat the Multi- Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot and select “Cake” function. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Put chocolate in a small glass bowl. Place the bowl inside the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add water to half bowl's height. Turn on and select
Tips:
To have a visually appealing presentation, avoid making over-weight rabbit and follow the suggested quantity for each dough.
