Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients(Yield: 15-20 cookies):
130g plain flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp baking powder (sifted)
1 whisked egg
120g crushed almonds
1/4 tsp salt
100g unsalted butter
90g icing sugar (sifted)
1 vanilla bean
80g 70% dark chocolate chips
Steps:

Preheat the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot to 180℃. Soften butter at room temperature.

Beat butter and icing sugar with the Electric Hand Mixer until fluffy. Cut open vanilla bean and take seeds. Mix well altogether.

Gradually stir in flour, baking powder, whisked egg, almonds and salt. Mix into a dough. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
4.
ake 2 tbsp of dough per portion. Place on baking plate lined with baking paper. Flatten with fork. Top with chocolate chips.
5.
Turn on the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot and bake at 160℃ for 10-12 minutes. Serve.
Tips:
