Apple Rose

Less than 30 min
Ingredients (Yield: 6 roses):
apples
2pc
lemon juice
1/2 pc
water
250ml
frozen puff pastry
1 pack
apricot jam
3 tbsp
Cinnamon powder
to taste
Icing sugar
to taste

Steps:

Halve and core apples. Cut into thin slices.

Heat apple slices, lemon juice and water with microwave for 3 minutes. Remove and drain excess water. Set aside.

Place puff pastry on a floured surface. Flatten with rolling pin to around 2-3mm. Cut into 6 equal rectangles.

Add 2 tbsp of hot water into apricot jam and mix well. Spread evenly on the puff pastry.

Pile sliced apples along edge of puff pastry. Sprinkle cinnamon powder.
7.
Fold up and roll up puff pastry. Place inside paper cups.
8.
Turn on the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot and select Cake function. Bake for 35-40 min until golden brown. Add icing sugar on top of apple roses. Serve warm.
