Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab

softshell crab
flour
oil
salt
shichim
sansho pepper
Steps:
1.
Use kitchen towel to remove moisture of crabs. Add seasoning, flour, and oil.
2.
Place the crabs on High Racks in the air fryer, air-fry 20 minutes till done.
