Soy Milk Pudding

Ingredients:
Soy Bean
Sugar
Cream
Water
Gelatin
Steps:
1.
Boil soy beans for 20 min in a saucepan. Drain and transfer to the Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Add water. Select “Soy Milk” function and blend for 8 min.
2.
Remove measuring cup on the jar lid. Add cream and sugar. Set to High Speed and then blend 30 sec. Let sit to slightly cool down, sprinkle gelatin and mix gently.
3.
Pour mixture into porcelain cups. Chill for 2-3 hr.
4.
Remove pudding from fridge. Decorate with fruits or other toppings. Serve.
