Mango & Watermelon Smoothies with Milk Cap

Steps:

Mango Smoothies: Cut the mango into halves, take the pulp out and put it into the food processor. Then, add coconut milk and ice. Start the food processor to get fine smoothies.

Watermelon Smoothies: Peel the watermelon and cut it into pieces. Put it into the food processor with water and ice to make your refreshing smoothies.

Put cream, milk, sugar and a little salt into a large container and beat with a hand blender until the texture turns thick.

Wait about 10-20 minutes to form a milk cap. Lastly, pour the milk cap on the mango and watermelon smoothies.
Tips:
Use a knife to draw a cross on the mango pulp. The depth of knife should be close to peel, but not cutting it off. The pulp can be obtained by sticking the knife horizontally to the peel.
