Breaded Pork Cutlet

Ingredients:
Pork Chop (deboned)
Flour
Egg (beaten)
Panko Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Marinate pork chop. Coat it with a thin layer of flour on both sides. Dip in beaten egg.
2.
Coat pork chop with bread crumbs.
3.
Cook pork chop in Air Fryer at 200-225˚C for 7 minutes.
4.
Turn and cook for another 5 minutes until browned. Done.
