Marinate chicken thigh with salt. Coat evenly with egg liquid and corn starch. Bake chicken thigh with Air Fryer at 175-200°C for 10 minutes.

Combine the seasonings. Cook until it thickens.

Cut chicken thigh into pieces. Apply the sauce on it.
Tips:
Run the sauce through a strainer to remove crumbs before pouring over the chicken.
