Salt & Pepper Chicken Knuckles

Ingredients:
Chicken Knuckles (frozen)
All-purpose Flour
Corn Starch
Chicken Powder
Ground Black Pepper
Five-spice Powder
Salt
Steps:
1.
Soak the chicken knuckles with hot (not boiling), salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.
2.
Pat-dry the knuckles. Mix in the seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Place knuckles inside Air Fryer. Grill at 200-225℃ for 15 minutes or until browned.
Tips:
Combine the flour, corn starch and seasoning ingredients beforehead.
