Baked Stuffed Sea Whelk with pork

Ingredients:
fresh sea whelk(cut into pieces)
minced pork
onions(cut into pieces)
carrot(cut into pieces)
mushrooms(cut into pieces)
turmeric powder
butter
flour
Shredded cheese
Steps:
1.
Beat the fresh sea whelk with the Cordless Food Processor and set aside
2.
Marine the minced pork with salt, sugar, cornstarch and light soy sauce
3.
Heat the oil and a little butter in a pan, then add the onions, marinated minced pork, mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry, add the turmeric powder and stir-fry evenly
4.
In another pan, heat the pan with oil, add the sea whelk and stir-fry until dry, then add the above ingredients and stir-fry evenly , add butter and flour and stir-fry well, then stir-fry with the ingredients until dry, add cheese and mix them well.
5.
Stuff the filling into the clean snail shell, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in Steam and Grill Oven at 240°C for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve.
