Mini French Toast with Kaya Jam

Ingredients:
White Bread
Egg
Kaya Jam
Powdered Sugar
Butter (or Olive Oil)
Steps:
1.
Place Frying Plate inside Halogen Cooking Pot. Pre-heat 3 min at 260°C.
2.
Cut bread into small pieces with a cookie cutter of desired shape. Spread Kaya jam between 2 pieces.
3.
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Soak bread thoroughly with egg liquid.
4.
Open Halogen Cooking Pot. Grease Frying Plate with butter or olive oil and place bread on top. Toast bread for 6 min at 260°C. Turn bread over and toast until browned. Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve.
