Juicy Roast Pork Cheek

Ingredients:
Pork Cheek
Honey
Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Char Siu Sauce
Salt
Ginger Wine
Oil
Steps:

Wash pork and pat-dry. Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Marinate pork for about 4 hours.

Spread out pork over High Rack. Place inside Halogen Cooking Pot and roast for 8 min at 250°C. Apply a thin layer of honey on pork. Turn over and roast for another 5 min. Done.

Press “Vegetable” button and blend for 30 seconds. Transfer mixture into the wine bottle. Store in fridge and it normally can last for about a month.
