Steamed Egg White with Shrimps and Scallops

Ingredients:
Shrimps6 pc
Scallops6 pc
Egg White4 pc
Fish Soup4 Egg Shells
Corn StarchA Pinch
Chopped Spring OnionsA Pinch
Seasonings:
PepperA Pinch
SaltA Pinch
Steps:
1.
Mix egg white, corn starch, salt with fish soup to create an egg mixture.
2.
Lay the shrimps and scallops evenly into the bowls. Pour in the egg mixture.
3.
Put the bowls into the Foldable Jet Steamer. Steam for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top. Serve.
