Lamb Potstickers

Fillings:
Lamb300 g
Leeks150 g
Ginger20 g
Garlic8 Cloves
Wrappers:
High-Gluten Flour300 克

Seasonings:

Steps:
1.
Blend all ingredients for wrappers with the Cordless3-in-1 Hand Blender (using whisk assessory). Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
2.
Mince the lamb using the Cordless3-in-1 Hand Blender. Add seasonings.
3.
Shred the rest of the ingredients. Mix with the minced lamb to create the fillings.
4.
Wrap the fillings with the wrappers. Pan-fry the potstickers in a non-stick pan. Serve.
