Vegetarian Fins in Pumpkin Soup

Vegetarian Fins200 g
Pumpkin½ pc
Cream1 Small Bowl
Stock1 Bowl
Hot Water1 Bowl
Rice3 tsp
Seasonings:
Salt1 tsp
Steps:

"Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Put into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Grill at 250°C until golden brown. Then, put the vegetarian fins into the Steam Oven. Steam at 115°C until cooked.

Put the grilled pumpkin into the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Pour in stock and water. Select the ""Bisque"" programme and blend briefly. Add salt and rice afterwards.

Add cream when there are 30 seconds left. When the programme finishes, mix the soup with the cooked vegetarian fins. Serve. "
