Dried Fish Maw in Fish Soup

Grouper1 pc
Dried Fish Maw2 pc
Red DatesTo Taste
Water800 ml
Seasonings:

Steps:
1.
"Soak the dried fish maw in water so that it expands. Blanch afterwards. Rinse and deseed the red dates.
2.
Remove the head and internal organs from the fish. Put the fish into the Professional High Speed Food Processor with ginger, salt and water. Blend into fish soup using the ""Fish Soup"" mode.
3.
Place the fish maw, red dates and fish soup into bowls. Put into the Foldable Jet Steamer and stew for 2 hours. Serve."
