Ginger and Honey Souffle

Ingredients:
Eggs6 pc
Honey90 g
Ginger150 g
ButterTo Taste
SugarA Pinch
Steps:
1.
Put the ginger into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Blend to create ginger juice.
2.
Seperate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the ginger juice, egg yolks and butter together with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender.
3.
Beat the egg whites using the Food Processor until it doubles in volume. Add sugar.
4.
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into baking cups. Bake in the Halogen Cooking Pot until risen. Serve.
