Ginger and Honey Souffle

Ingredients:
Eggs6 pc
Honey90 g
Ginger150 g
ButterTo Taste
SugarA Pinch
Steps:
1.
Put the ginger into the measuring cup and blend using Cordless3-in-1 Hand Blender to create ginger juice.
2.
Seperate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the ginger juice, egg yolks and butter together with the Cordless3-in-1 Hand Blender.
3.
Beat the egg whites using the Cordless3-in-1 Hand Blender until it doubles in volume. Add sugar.
4.
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into baking cups. Bake in the Halogen Cooking Pot until risen. Serve.
