Hong Kong Style Milk Pudding

Ingredients:
Milk200 ml
Egg White2 pc
Condensed Milk50 ml
Sugar2 tsp
Steps:

Mix all ingredients. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

Put the bowl into the Jet Steamer. Cover the lid and steam for 15 minutes. Serve.
Tips:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap to give the milk pudding a smoother texture.
