Egg and Potato Salad

Less than 30 min
Ingredients:
Potatoes4 pc
Eggs2 pc
Celery200 g
Mixed HerbsTo Taste
Seasonings:
MayonnaiseTo Taste
SaltA Pinch
Ground PepperTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Cook the potatoes in boiling water until softened. Peel off the skin. Let cool.
2.
Place the eggs in the Egg Steamer. Pour in the measured water. Cover the lid and press the power button.
3.
Mash half of the potatoes and dice up the other half.
4.
Dice up the celery.
5.
Take out the eggs. Let cool. Remove the egg shells and dice the eggs.
6.
Mix together the potatoes, eggs and celery cubes in a large bowl.
7.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixed herbs on top. Serve immediately or after refrigeration.
