Egg and Potato Salad

Ingredients:
Potatoes4 pc
Eggs2 pc
Celery200 g
Mixed HerbsTo Taste
Seasonings:
MayonnaiseTo Taste
SaltA Pinch
Ground PepperTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Place the Steamer Insert into the Bento Steam Cooker. Put the potatoes and the eggs on top. Cover the lid and start cooking for 15 minutes.
2.
Remove the eggs. Close the lid and continue to steam the potatoes for another 10 minutes.
3.
Let the eggs cool down. Remove the shells and dice up.
4.
Peel the potatoes. Let cool. Mash half of them and dice up the other half. Mix all potatoes with the egg cubes and celery.
5.
Combine the seasonings and add to the potato mixture. Sprinkle mixed herbs on top. Serve right away or after chilling.
