Home-Style Steamed Chicken

Whole Chicken1pc
Ginger SlicesTo taste
ScallionsTo taste
Seasonings:
Lesser Galangal PowderTo taste
Steps:

Rub galangal powder all over the inside and outside of the chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Then, stuff the cavity with ginger and spring onions.
2.
Grease the aluminium foil with a brush. Wrap the chicken with the foil.
3.
Using a toothpick, randomly poke about 10 holes on the aluminium foil.
4.
Set the Halogen Cooking Pot at maximum temperature. Cook the chicken for 20 minutes with its belly facing upward. After that, flip the chicken and cook for another 15 minutes.
