Stir-fried Sliced Beef & Flat Rice Noodles

Ingredients:
Beef80 g
Flat Rice Noodles250 g
Yellow Leek20 g
Scallion20 g
Bean Sprouts80 g
Marinade:
Light Soy Sauce½ tsp
Sugar¼ tsp
Corn Starch½ tsp
Seasonings:
Premium Light Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce1 tsp
Salt½ tsp
Sugar½ tsp
White PepperTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Slice the beef. Shred the scallion.
2.
Marinate the beef for 30 minutes. Combine all seasonings in a bowl.
3.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time to 1 minute. Press [Start].
4.
Heat up the oil. Add the beef and stir fry until medium-cooked. Pour out and set aside.
5.
Adjust the timer to 4 minutes using the [Stir-Fry] mode. Heat up oil and add the rice noodles.
6.
In the last minute, add the yellow leek, scallion, bean sprouts and seasonings. Stir fry until fragrant and dry. Serve.
