Shrimp and Green Mango Salad

Ingredients:
Shrimps
Limes
Green Mango
Dried Shrimps
Pine Nuts
Sauce:
Lime Juice
Fish Sauce
Sugar
Chili Peppers
Steps:
1.
Blanch the shrimps. Set aside.
2.
Zest and juice the lime.
3.
Peel the green mango. Shred the pulp with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender.
4.
Dice the dried shrimps. Saute them using the Korean Barbeque Grill.
5.
Mix the sauce ingredients with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender. Then, mix the sauce with the lime zest as well as other ingredients. Serve.
Tips:
Tips: 1) Rinse the shrimps with cold water after blanching to make them crunchier. 2) Bake the pine nuts to make them fragrant.
