Stuffed Zucchini with Chinese Mushrooms and Dried Scallops

Ingredients:
Zucchini
Chinese Mushrooms
Dried Scallops
Oatmeal
Minced Pork
Ginger Slices
Stock
Corn Starch
Seasonings:
Pepper
Sugar
Light Soy Sauce
Steps:
1.
Cut the zucchini into pieces and deseed it. Cut the Chinese mushrooms into pieces.
2.
Mince the pork using the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor.
3.
Coat the inside of the zucchini rings with corn starch.
4.
Blend the Chinese mushrooms, dried scallops, minced pork, oatmeal with seasonings using the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Then, stuff the paste into the zucchini rings.
5.
Saute the ginger slices in the preheated Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
6.
Put in the zucchini rings. Pan fry both sides until golden brown.
7.
Pour in the stock. Reduce the sauce and serve.
