Stewed Yellow Croaker with Pickled Mustard Green

Ingredients:
Yellow Croaker
Pickled Mustard Green
Bean Threads
Stock
Marinade:
Shaoxing Wine
Salt
Seasonings:
Pepper
Shaoxing Wine
Sesame Oil
Steps:
1.
Cut the bean threads into sections. Set aside.
2.
Soak the pickled mustard green in water. Rinse to remove sand. Set aside.
3.
Marinate the yellow croaker. Saute in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
4.
Add pickled mustard green, stock and seasonings. Simmer with the fish.
5.
Lastly, put in the bean threads and cook until tender. Reduce the sauce and serve.
