Stir Fried Peanut Sprouts with Beef Fillet Strips

Ingredients:
Peanut Sprouts
Beef Fillet
Garlic
Ginger Slices
Spring Onions
Marinade:
Corn Starch
Sugar
Oil
Light Soy Sauce
Seasonings:
Chili Bean Sauce
Steps:
1.
Remove the skin on the peanut sprouts. Section the spring onions.
2.
Cut the beef fillet into strips and marinate.
3.
Select [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set temperature to level 7 and time 2 minutes. Press [Start].
4.
Heat up the oil. Saute the garlic and ginger slices.
5.
Toss in the beef fillet strips. Stir fry until they change colour. Set aside.
6.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode again. Saute the peanut sprouts with chili bean sauce and the sectioned spring onions.
7.
Lastly, put in the beef fillet strips. Stir briefly. Serve.
