Old Duck Soup with Longans, Water Chestnuts and Lotus Roots

Ingredients:
Old Duck
Fresh Longan
Water Chestnuts
Lotus Roots
Pork Shoulder
Ginger
Seasonings:
Salt
White Peppercorns
Steps:
1.
Peel and deseed the longans. Slice the lotus roots.
2.
Blanch the old duck and pork shoulder with ginger. Set aside.
3.
Put all ingredients into the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Pour in boiling water. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.
4.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Add seasonings. Serve.
