Matcha and Red Bean Crystal Jelly Mooncakes

Ingredients:
Konjac Flour
5g
Water
500ml
Sugar
To taste
Matcha Powder
1 tbsp
Red Bean Paste
250g
Steps:
1.
Mix konjac flour, sugar, matcha powder and cook it in Multifunctional Health Cooker.
2.
Pour it into the ice mould until half full.
3.
rub 30g red bean paste into ball shape and put it in the mould.
4.
Pour the rest of the konjac flour water into the mould until it full.
5.
Freeze it for half day, done.
