Japanese Style Stewed Salmon Head

Chinese Mushrooms
Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
Spring Onions
Kelp
Carrots
Marinade:
Ginger Juice
Shaoxing Wine
Sauce:
Sake
Mirin
Japanese Soy Sauce
Steps:
1.
Marinate the salmon head briefly to remove the freezer odor.
2.
Select the "Fish" function of the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Keep the lid open. Cook the sauce ingredients until fragrant.
3.
Put in all ingredients (except the spring onions). Close and lock the lid.
4.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Add the spring onions and cook briefly. Serve.
