Japanese Style Stewed Salmon Head

Ingredients:
Salmon Head
Chinese Mushrooms
Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
Spring Onions
Kelp
Carrots
Marinade:
Ginger Juice
Shaoxing Wine
Sauce:
Sake
Mirin
Japanese Soy Sauce
Steps:
1.
Marinate the salmon head briefly to remove the freezer odor.
2.
Put the sauce ingredients into the preheated Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Cook until fragrant.
3.
Put in all ingredients (except the spring onions).
4.
When the fish head is 90% cooked, add the spring onions. Serve when the fish head is fully cooked.
