Stir Fried Manchurian Wildrice Shoot with Shrimps

Ingredients:
Shrimps
Manchurian Wildrice Shoot
Shallots
Garlic
Seasonings:
Sesame Oil
Salt
Fish Sauce
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Cut the Manchurian wildrice shoot into strips. Slice the garlic.
2.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time 2 minutes. Press [Start].
3.
Put in the shrimps and stir fry until half-cooked. Set aside.
4.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode again. Heat up the oil. Saute the shallots and garlic slices.
5.
Add the Manchurian wildrice shoot and seasonings. Stir well.
6.
Lastly, put in the shrimps. Fry until fully cooked.
