Crepe Cake with Tri-Colour Whipped Cream

Crepe Batter:
Flour
Sugar
Salt
Butter
Eggs
Milk
Cocoa Powder
Pandan Powder
Fillings:
Tri-Colour Whipped Cream
Steps:
1.
Sieve the flour. Put all ingredients into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Blend to create the crepe batter.
2.
Divide the batter into 2 separate bowls. Put pandan powder into one of the bowls and mix well.
3.
Evenly distribute the crepe batter onto the flat grill pan of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Cook until both sides become lightly browned.
4.
Repeat this process until you have multiple perfect crepes. Cut the crepes into small circles.
5.
Take 1 crepe and cover it with a thin layer of whipped cream. Put another dry crepe on top and repeat covering with whipped cream until the desired height is reached.
