Stewed Garoupa with Dried Bean Curd and Tofu Skin

Ingredients:
Garoupa
Dried Bean Curd
Tofu Skin
Garlic
Ginger
Shallots
Seasonings:
Oyster Sauce
Corn Starch
Sesame Oil
Marinade:
Shaoxing Wine
Ginger Juice
Corn Starch
Salt
Light Soy Sauce
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Marinate the garoupa briefly.
2.
Heat up oil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Deep fry the garoupa until half cooked.
3.
Blanch the dried bean curd and tofu skin.
4.
Saute the ginger slices, garlic and shallots in the Cooker.
5.
Put in all ingredients and cook with water and oyster sauce.
6.
Lastly, add corn starch and sesame oil. Reduce the sauce and serve.
