Quinoa Balls

Ingredients:
Quinoa Trio
Minced Chicken
Carrots
Ginger
Seasonings:
Light Soy Sauce
Sugar
Shaoxing Wine
Sauce:
Oyster Sauce
Sesame Oil
Steps:
1.
Soak the quinoa in water for 1 hour.
2.
Mince the chicken with the seasonings using the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor.
3.
Coat your hands with oil. Shape the minced chicken into meatballs.
4.
Coat the chicken meatballs with quinoa.
5.
Put the meatballs into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Steam for 15 minutes and take them out.
6.
Pour the sauce on top. Serve.
