Stewed Pork Ribs with Edamame Beans and Wheat Gluten

Ingredients:
Edamame Beans
Pork Rib
Deep Fried Wheat Gluten
Star Anise
Tsaoko Fruit
Cinnamon
Rock Sugar
Ginger
Dried Chili
Marinade:
Shaoxing Wine
Light Soy Sauce
Corn Starch
Oil
Seasonings:
Oyster Sauce
Steps:
1.
Marinate the pork rib briefly.

Put cinnamon, tsaoko fruit, star anise and the pork rib into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Keep the lid open and pan fry using the "Grill" function until the pork rib turns golden yellow.

Add edamame beans, wheat gluten, rock sugar and water. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Meat" function and reduce the sauce.
4.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Season with oyster sauce.
