Stir Fried Squid and Chinese Mushrooms with Chinese Leek Flowers

Ingredients:
Squid
Dried Shrimps
Shallots
Ginger
Salted Turnip
Dried Mushrooms
Chinese Leek Flowers
Seasonings:
Salt
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Cut the ginger into strips. Slice the squid and soak the Chinese mushrooms.
2.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time 6 minutes. Press [Start].
3.
Heat up the oil. Saute the dried shrimps, ginger strips and shallots.
4.
Put in other ingredients.
5.
Add seasonings. Serve.
