Glutinous Rice Sushi with Mango

Ingredients:
Thai Glutinous Rice
Coconut Milk
Golden Mango
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Soak the Thai glutinous rice in water for 3 to 4 hours.
2.
Put the glutinous rice into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Steam for 30 minutes until fully cooked.
3.
Mix the sugar with a small amount of water. Cook to create a syrup.
4.
Mix the syrup with coconut milk and the glutinous rice.
5.
Lastly, knead the glutinous rice into sushi shapes. Place the mango on top. Serve.
