Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables with Shrimp Paste

Ingredients:
Pork Cheek
Shallots
Ginger Slices
Chopped Garlic
Mixed Vegetables
Seasonings:
Shrimp Paste
Shaoxing Wine
Sugar
Marinade:
Corn Starch
Brown Sugar
Steps:
1.
Mix the shrimp paste with Shaoxing wine to turn the paste into a sauce.
2.
Marinate the pork cheek briefly.
3.
Heat up the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Saute the pork cheek until golden yellow. Pour in the shrimp sauce. Stir well and set aside.
4.
Saute the shallots, ginger slices and chopped garlic in the Cooker. Toss in the mixed vegetables.
5.
Add sugar and water. Stir fry until the ingredients are 80% cooked. Put in the pork cheek. Stir well and serve.
