Gum Tragacanth with Apricot Juice

Ingredients:
Gum Tragacanth
Sweet Apricot Kernels
Bitter Apricot Kernels
Rock Sugar
Steps:
1.
Soak the gum tragacanth in cold water for 8 hours so that it expands.
2.
Blend the sweet and bitter apricot kernels using the Professional High Speed Food Processor to create apricot juice.
3.
Bring water to a boil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in apricot juice and rock sugar. Cook for 20 minutes.
4.
Lastly, add gum tragacanth and briefly cook for 1 minute. Serve.
Tips:
Do not cook the gum tragacanth for more than 1 minute or it may melt in water.
