Steamed Chinese Yam in Vegetarian Soup

Vegetarian Stock
Fresh Chinese Yam
Caterpillar Fungus Flowers
Ginkgo

Steps:
1.
Pour the vegetarian stock into a bowl.
2.
Blend the fresh Chinese yam into a paste using the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Pour the paste into the soup until the bowl is 70% full.
3.
Put in caterpillar fungus flowers, spiced salt and ginkgo.
4.
Pour more vegetarian stock into the bowl so that it covers all the ingredients.
5.
Steam for 15 minutes in the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Serve.
