Cold Udon

Less than 30 min
Ingredients:
Fresh Udon
300g
Kelp
25g
Bonito Flakes
25g
Sauce:
Mirin
5 tsp
Japanese Soy Sauce
3 tsp
Bonito Fish Sauce
1 tsp
Grapefruit Vinegar
4 tsp
Sesame Oil
1 tsp
Water
2 tsp
Steps:
1.
Mix the sauce ingredients to create the sauce.
2.
Bring water to a boil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in the udon.
3.
When a desirable softness is achieved, remove the udon from the Cooker and put it into ice water. Serve with the sauce.
