Seaweed Soup with Tofu and Minced Pork

Ingredients:
Seaweed
Tofu
Minced Pork
Chinese Mishrooms
Celery
Flour
Seasonings:
Salt
Marinade:
Salt
Sugar
Light Soy Sauce
Steps:
1.
Soak the seaweed in water until tender and rinse it. Drain the water and set aside.
2.
Marinade the minced pork briefly.
3.
Pour boiling water into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Put in all ingredients (except the tofu). Close and lock the lid. Cook for 15 minutes using the "Soup" function.
4.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Put in the tofu. Bring the soup to a boil (keep the lid open). Season with salt and serve.
