Stewed Lamb Legs with Tomatoes and Onions

Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Onions
Cinnamon
Garlic
Bay Leaves
Shallots
Lamb Legs
Sauce:
Tomato Paste
Ketchup
Steps:
1.
Dice the onions and tomatoes.
2.
Put the onions, cinnamon, garlic, bay leaves and tomatoes and the sauce ingredients into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Saute using the "Grill" function with its lid open to create the sauce.
3.
Put in the lamb legs. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Meat" function and cook for 35 minutes. Serve.
