Watermelon Pizza

Ingredients:
Mini Watermelons
Cucumber Cubes
Black Olive Slices
Feta Cheese
Mint Leaves
Seasoning:
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Steps:
1.
Slice the watermelon horizontally to use as the pizza crust.
2.
Coat both sides of the watermelon slice with olive oil.
3.
Grill both sides briefly using the Korean Barbeque Grill.
4.
Place the cucumber cubes, black olive slices and feta cheese onto the watermelon slice. Continue to grill until the cheese melts. Serve.
