Dried Tofu and Shredded Vegetable Salad with Mature Vinegar

Ingredients:
Dried Bean Curd
Dried Tofu
Cucumber
Carrots
Bell Peppers
Seasoning:
Mature Vinegar
Brown Sugar
Soy Sauce
Sasame Oil
Sesame Seeds
Steps:
1.
Cut the dried tofu, cucumber, carrots and bell peppers into stripes. Set aside.
2.

4.
