Pork Patties with Double Mustard Sauce

Yellow Mustard with Seeds

Seasonings:
Mayonnaise
Steps:
1.
Blend the yellow mustard, yellow mustard with seeds together with the pork using the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor to create minced pork.
2.
Divide the minced pork into small sections to create pork patties. Place them into the Halogen Cooking Pot. Grill the pork patties at 200°C until golden yellow.
3.
Serve with mayonnaise.
