Beat egg and cream together. Season with salt.

Select [Stir Fry] mode on the IH Stir Fryer. Set temperature to level 5 and time to 2 minutes. Press [Start].
3.
Heat up the coconut oil. Add in the egg mixture. Stir gently with a spatula from time to time.
4.
When finished, add the truffle sauce on top. Done.
